Ok this place is a rip off 100 percent! Do not go here this place is a joke. So get my rental all set up and head in to pick up my car for a family vacation. Amount to be paid at time of rent 408.23. This is the confirmation email word for word. Get in there and immediately get the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. Nope not 408.23 now it's going to be 408.23 plus 500 plus the insurance. I showed her what I was sent and she said nope I got to pay everything else as well. I ask her to show me were it says all this and she can't even bring up here own terms and conditions lol. She said she has been doing this for years but I can't tell. I can say that my law firm will be looking into this and we will be seeing hertz in court.

While my SUV was in the shop I drove a rental van from the Newark Hertz. The staff went above and beyond for me, they were super kind and informative. I had never went through all this before and they were very helpful and made it a piece of cake. I would absolutely recommend them above all other rental agencies. Not to mention, the van was so nice Iand clean...I might be trading my Cadillac in for one.
