Lots of parking for drivers. Super easy to catch the bus directly going downtown. No ticket kiosk! Bring a compass card and load it on the bus as you get on, if you don't already have a bus pass. One way is $2.50 and all day is $5. Bus doesn't make change!

Yes and 3 or 4 levels.
Yes the 235 stops at sabre springs. During the peak hours it runs every 15 minutes. At the beginning and end of the route it runs every 30 minutes. You can check out the 235's schedule at the link below.. https://www.sdmts.com/schedules-real-time?fragment=235#section-main
Legally, no, but I can't vouch for enforcement.
I don't know about long-term parking rules. The parking structure itself is locked from midnight to 4:30 am.
