Hayward Amtrak Station

A cute little station. Now there is some small repair work going on there, but it continued to function. The first time could not find the station. Due to the fact that the exact address is not specified in the ticket. Because of this, I was almost late for my train. I don't understand, is it so difficult to indicate the address from where my boarding should be in the tickets?... And so, in general, when I understood how the railway service works in America, it became easier. Too bad there is no toilet here.

I Travel from the Bay to Sacramento frequently & Amtrak is a relaxing and stress free way to travel, but be aware of possible train delays. Do not use Amtrak if you are on a time sensitive schedule.

This is bare bones train station, small overhead, couple of benches, exposed to the elements. Trains pretty much run on time though.

The waiting area ok, wish there was a public phone in case you need one. The homeless have taken over the area of overpass so much garbage it's scary for anyone having to wait to a ride.
