Staffs and nurses work properly with kindness but entrance security people are very rude and hoarse to patients and guests, it’s hard to understand why they talk in rude manner, it’s like yelling, so that they make me leave unhappy feedback on this good hospital who deserves 4 stars. They should be well trained or replaced to men of good nature.

The nurses and doctors were attentive to my needs. I was rushed in the ER due to bleeding and they were closely monitoring me. I am grateful for the nurses, doctors and the entire healthcare team for saving my life.you did a great job! Thank you so much and God bless you all!!!🌻🌻🌻

This is hands down the most unprofessional, unpleasant hospital I’ve ever been in. There’s no bedside manner at all. I’m visiting from Texas and was shocked at the way the staff speak to people coming to them for help. This hospital staff has clearly fallen victim to burnout and being overworked. I asked staff for assistance and waited for more than two hours before asking for help again. I don’t think I could’ve come at a worse time. They act like it’s your fault for getting hurt. They’re having a bad time and taking it out on people who just come for help. These type of people should not be caregivers and they should definitely not be the faces to represent a hospital.
