An outstanding experience the moment I walked in the door. I was shopping for 2 mattresses thinking I would go to several places, but I didn't need to. Fidel did a great job in helping figure out what would be the best options. I wanted something really good for myself and pretty good for my guest bedroom. After all you don't want your guests to be too comfortable, they might not leave. I had never heard of the mattress that Fidel suggested for me, Aireloom. I fell in love with it the moment I tried it. I felt like Fidel was genuinely interested in finding a good fit for what I needed. While it may be more expensive, a good nights sleep is well worth it to me. I am very happy I came here to buy my mattresses! Thank you Fidel.

I had a great experience with Robert, store manager of Mancini's Sleepworld in the Inner Richmond. After 10 years of sleeping on a saggy mattress, my husband I desperately needed a new one. At the same time, our son was moving up from a twin to a double and needed a mattress. We spent over an hour trying the various mattresses with Robert explaining the pros and cons of each, but giving us time alone to test them out (not hovering). We finally all settled on mattresses and got an excellent discount due to a Memorial Day sale. Delivery was exactly on time and efficient. After a few weeks, my son decided he had chosen a mattress that was too firm so we returned today to pick out a new one for exchange. Robert graciously helped us pick a new one, based on the feedback my son gave on the original mattress. We were expecting to have some resistance to making the return, but Mancini's keeps its word to you - if you don't like the mattress, they will exchange it, no questions asked. Robert even threw in a few pillows for us! I would highly recommend this place, great quality, great service, good deals to be had.
