Make sure you check your recipe. They double charged me for a starter. I paid over $500 for a $250 starter on July 31. I was told I was being given a refund on the spot. 10 days later and still no refund. The store manger told me he would contact their accounting department and get back to me 2 days ago, I still have not heard anything. I should not have to chase autozone for money that is mine. I blame the manager for not knowing how to deal with this situation. You mad a mistake fix it right away.

I visited this Autozone store today, 5/23/22 on Reseda Blvd and, first of all, if you are female, be prepared to be disrespected. There were all men in the store and all the people behind the desk were male. When it was clearly my turn and I moved toward the desk, the heavyset Hispanic gentleman turned to another man who was already being helped. I told him I was next and that I needed help with a fix finder as my engine light was on. He quickly turned over a mechanical device and said "here" and I said I did not know what to do with it. He kept saying just "put it under the steering wheel" and made zero attempt to help me or come to the car which was in front of the store. I went to my car and looked for a long time trying to find where I would plug this device in and I just couldn't do it. Even if I had, I would not be able to read the code. I went back in and dropped it on the desk and thanked him for his non-existent help and said I would just write a review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

I have been to many different AutoZone branches and I am happy that this branch opened up near our house. The employees are very helpful and you can definitely find someone who knows their stuff and can help you with your questions. My dad and I went here to purchase a battery, and when the employee realized that they did not have the item we’re looking for in stock, she immediately called other stores and asked them to hold the item for us - that’s customer service, all right! The inside of the store is very neat and organized. In fact, I was able to find what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes.

They require masks and have plexi glass shields at cash registers, but I don't know how much they take actions like disinfecting areas of high traffic.
