The male employee that served the line had gum literally hanging halfway in and out the side of his mouth like playing with it while he worked. We first thought it was a toothpick until he started chewing it. I had to turn away and prayed someone else came on line and sure enough a female worker approached and took our order. I did leave a message for management and hope they addressed it with the worker and staff. I must say he was handling the long line pretty quickly by himself, so obviously he's a good worker.

Half of the items listed were not available such as chips, beans, guacamole and dressing. Ordered online and they forgot to add rice to bowl so it was practically empty. Wish I would have gone somewhere else as I’m still hungry after eating my bowl.

We place our order on line and it was ready at the committed time. I ordered my bowl with steak and it was chewy. Tasted like low quality meat. Stay away from the steak

Used to be great, now every time there is an issue. Please work on it. I feel bad for the people working there having to tell customers their online order could not be made because no one is available to do them.
