My food was right. That’s all I really care about with McDonald’s. The young man behind the counter was not super friendly, but I get it, you’re at McDonald’s, in Twinsburg. Still leaps and bounds better than the Oakwood one. If you want bad McDonald’s, that’s what you want.

This is the absolute worse McDonald's there customer service is awful did a mobile orderat 740am I had a code and it wouldn't go thru. The manager said that they had nothing to do with the app and then said so what I loose money from my app purchase. I can just order a while new order and pay for that. And after all that she just gave me my order like she was messing with me.

Typical McDonald's. At least their dining room is open so you don't have to wait an hour in the drive through. Friendly service inside was nice too, instead of some grumpy overworked person throwing your food at you when it's ready. And this place actually got my order correct and I wasn't missing any food. Bonus! Update: Still a good McDonald's to hut up. Taxes are a bit higher here, but not their fault.

Supposed to open at 6am was in line at drive thru around 6:05am waited for about 15 minutes and they still were not taking any order's! I left the line and spent my money at sheetz across the street, my question is, why turn the sign light on like you are open for business then not take any order's? They should have just left the light's off then I would have not been misled to believe they were open on time!
