When I first arrived it was unclear where to park. I called the phone number but was dumped to voicemail. When I figured out where to park, three homeboys tripped over each other to help me. Excellent service once you figure out where you need to be.

Drove 30 miles and when we got there they told us they were closed. I called first and their message said they were open. 8 employees standing around. One told me they didn’t know when they would open again. I won’t be patronizing this organization again.

A wonderful endeavor staffed by excellent folks. I bought a refurbished stereo component and I am so pleased to not have bought a new one at BestBuy.

As a general rule, no we will not pay for incomplete units. If you have a large lot of parts you could discuss it with our repair/resale team, reachable via our main line.
You should probably start with the business that sold you the unit, and if they cannot help, contact the manufscturer. Your unit may still be covered by a warranty.
