We have homeless people jumping our gates or just pulling hard on one “secure” Broken) gate and coming in. Our security ( if one is there) have been caught sleeping on multiple occasions. No housekeeping on weekends so our elevators and lobby’s are usually very dirty. Spills are not cleaned up until Mon We have had no front desk person in months. They have locked down the office and ask to make an appt to talk to management. The studio apts are very small in my opinion. Just two weekends ago 3 members of management used the residents transport bus to go out to eat but have not resumed resident shopping trips I would tell any of my friends or family to try and find a different housings location. If I could move I would. I do appreciate having HUD helping me have a roof over my head tho
