The staff are nice, but the wait is long. I've had 2 appointments here now and had to wait 20-30 minutes despite scheduling an appointment. Why schedule me at a certain time if you're not gonna be available to see me? This causes me to be late to my next appointments and other obligations in the day. My former optometrist office is super on time and great, but I moved and had to switch care so I'm rather disappointed.

Love the Glendora location! Very clean, bright and plenty of open space. The staff is exceptional! Most accommodating, patient and friendly. Very efficient ordering and transaction process. Great section of glasses. I normally walk out of my optometrist office spending over $1k on a pair of glasses. I got 6 pair for the same amount here.
