I am a professional who works from home. My move-in date was April 1st in Building 17. My 3 priorities when finding a rental were (1) Safety (2) Cleanliness and (3) Quiet - After being here over 5 months, I cannot say enough about this complex! EVERYONE in the office is nothing short of incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My unit looks and functions just as perfectly as the day I moved in thanks to the highly efficient Maintenance team (who are just as spectacular in every capacity). I have zero noise issues 7 days a week! Can you occasionally hear your neighbors? Of course! It's an apartment! But generally speaking, I am able to work from home without background noise and have yet to hear anything over the top or disruptive. The entire complex also remains very well cared for. You never see trash laying around or a dumpster overflowing. Also, it is bug-free with zero rodents! Does it cost a little more than other apartments in the area? Yes. Is it worth the peace of mind though? Absolutely! I cannot think of one thing that would cause anyone to question signing a lease. - Happy home hunting!

I use to love these apartments. But lately it has went down. I would not recommend these apartments. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, i live on the first floor and my neighbors wash clothes at 3-4am and you can hear EVERYTHING, regardless of me calling main office and complaining and asking neighbors to stop still hear it atleast 4 times a week. Not worth the 950 i pay a month.

Lived here for 4.5 years and had a great experience. Management was friendly and helped anytime I had a question. Maintenance was always done promptly and they even sent someone out to let me into my apartment when I flew into the country late at night and couldn't find my keys. They also do a great job with plowing in the winter. Moved out recently (left the state) and didn't have any surprises. I would live here again without hesitation.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartments themselves as they are pretty nice. However, looking at other reviews I'm sure moving out is going to be joyous. What I can say is that management will NOT do anything in terms of noise complaints. I have had the worst possible experience in terms of my upstairs neighbors who have no respect for others. Every time I call the manager she just says "call the cops I can't do anything." Needless to say, they've had several visits from the cops and they are still obnoxious. And management still doesn't care. I've never heard of an apartment complex that doesn't care for their residents.
