went here the other day.. Got pizza, wings and bread sticks here with my boyfriend. He went in to pick it up and they judt took it out. so it was hot hot ✨️ but it still was amazing. especially the bread sticks 🤩

Little to no communication. Rude when spoken to. Still waiting for my order for over 40 minutes for a pickup with 4 cars behind us and 2 others leaving. I haven’t even tasted the food yet but I’d still avoid this location. Needs a complete reboot.

I just haven't had a positive experience first time with this pizza hut. This time was last time for me. Pizza arrived and looked like it had been dropped on side and under cooked. Called them and they were good enough to send out a replacement that was good. I just dont feel like I should always have to call and ask for a replacement.

My visit to the Wintersville location earned 3 stars for the fact it was a 3 star visit. The dining area was clean, always a plus. The food that was ordered tasted like the ingredients were frozen and just heated up, no flavor to it.
