UPDATE spoke with OH MCCP helpline and I AM CORRECT the ID NUMBERS MATCH And SO DOES EXPERATION DATE SO YOU SHOULD VE ACCEPTED IT. THAT WOMAN CHOSE TO DO THIS FOR god knows why. Never been so upset… AND NO ONE mentioned that they can accept a recent utility bill either, which I had in the car. THESE PEOPLE NEED TRAINING!!! Worst place to go in all of Ohio. I’ve been to Warren boardman east Liverpool Akron tallmage and no one has given me a problem but them! I signed up with my new address after I moved bc I no longer live at the old one. My ID does not expire until next year. I drove from Hubbard bc they were having a good sale stopped at east Liverpool on my way there had no problems but this place was rude and tried to tell me my license was illegal bc I didn’t change my address. I really want to speak to higher management but they refused to give me the phone number. As long as the ID number in the system is the same as your ID number it’s them choosing not to accept it. She was the rudest person ever. And when I tried to ask for the phone number at the front desk she came running up interrupting so I couldn’t even hear what the guy was saying. I had a $400 order sitting there.
