I sold my 2 BR/2 bath condo in Pasadena in January of 2020 with Robin's incredibly professional and very helpful assistance. Two of the most important things when you are considering purchasing a home and getting ready to: First, obtaining a pre-approval from a lender. You need to have that before you can make an offer on a property. It also lets you know what your price point is.
