I really thought that the young lady who rented me the storage that day was incredible. She was very informative and very nice. It's too bad not all people who work with the public can't be as pleasant as her. She knows her job very well which left me without any questions I might have had to ask. I compliment whomever hired her. I prefer doing business with employers like that and there was no question about where I would find a storage unit to store my belongings any further. Thank you for your courtesy.

Ultra clean, no litter, no pools of water, no scandalous stuff occurring that ive ever seen. They're raising their prices though (Lets Go Brandon!)

Every storage I have ever used would only charge you for the days you use the facility, not this place. If you move out of the unit mid month they will not return your money so whatever day you move in, plan to move out the same day so you don’t get ripped off like I did!

Place is clean, painted, looks nice. I had my unit broken into and about $10,000 worth of tools, equipment stolen. The facility told me they saw nothing on their surveillance video. Things stolen were large needing two people to move them and a truck to carry the large cabinets away. My guess is it's an inside job, or they have no surveillance video. There are no less than 3 cameras close to my unit and no footage at all? Something is wrong with that. I would never use CubeSmart, I believe they lied to me about security from the beginning or it's an inside job. they get one star for being a clean facility.
