The maintenance team at Milano is amazing! They go above and beyond. I was recently out of town and had a flood in my apartment. Sergio was on top of it and kept me posted on what was happening. The team did a great job maintaining the mess for me while I was gone. It's nice to know they are watching out for us! Thank you so much!

First floors suffer from cockroaches, and used to suffer from rats as well. Office never responds to emails, and new management company billing system is an absolute disaster! Over charges and hidden fees, they require constant contact by tenants to do anything about anything, from fixing payment system to maintenance. These issues have been verified by many, many tenants. Find a place with better management.

Maintenance team is top notch. Always get to your requests in a timely manner and keep in constant communication about it. I haven’t had much issues or complaints with my residency here, if any. I wish the rent wasn’t so high and the amenities could use a major update. And there’s no enforcement on noise, so if you live next to the basketball court, be prepared for inconsiderate residents (and even non residents) to be playing outside of the time frame the court is “open” All buildings look the same so the chances of your packages being delivered to the wrong building/apt are very high. I think I’ve reported 80% of my packages lost/stolen from wrong delivery since I’ve moved in. And the office doesn’t do much to help, even when you have proof (since Amazon sends photos). So that’s a major bummer. And inconvenience. (But there’s also new management now so maybe that’s improved since I first moved in). Other reviews mentioned major roach problems. There def is one, but it’s to be expected anywhere with the weather we have. I haven’t had many problems with the exception to seeing 4-5 in my 3 years here.

These apartments are by far the worst. The pictures lie, the apartments are infested with cockroaches. Not only that my car was stolen from the parking garage which you need a key to open and I asked for camera footage and management Ubaldo said apparently the cameras on the lower level do not work specifically where cars leave. Management has not reached out and does not care about tenants at all. Spoke to various other residents within the building and told me that it must have been an inside job because a lot of weird stuff happens with maintenance. If there is one thing I would do is not rent here. When this happened I was only there for 2 weeks and it’s been a month and no one from management has gotten back to me. DO NOT RENT HERE!

We have, studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with multiple square footage options.
There is no visitor parking. You'll have to find street parking unfortunately.
