Just want to say the customer service is very bad , Josh “the person in charge” wouldn’t say who his manager was, just kept saying he’s the one in charge today. All we needed was to exchange a baseball club which was defective but we lost the receipt. We couldn’t believe the arrogance and and unprofessionalism of this guy he wouldn’t help us and all for a $30 glove. To top it all Tanya told me and my 12 to just leave, like if we were some thieves or something. I will never shop here again, please let all the baseball leagues in the area know to make their purchases elsewhere as they don’t respect defective merchandise and this was for my son. Shame on this store and for their decision to make Josh part of management, since he clearly has no customer service!

I came in here to buy my 7 year old daughter shoes. I asked for help sizing her for shoes. I was pointed to an aisle few rows down and told to look at an orange sticker. I had questions because she was between a 13 and a 1, two very different numbers but the store employee was nowhere to be found. So after sifting through shoes trying to find her size, I heard an employee talk about inventory. My daughter had to pee really urgently and it was not helping me get her shoes very effectively. So I asked if she could use their bathroom. They refused a 7 year old girl the bathroom. So we are heading now to Kohls to buy her shoes.
