These boots fell apart after a week of medium use. (Walking on unpaved road). I took them here to be repaired and couldn't be more satisfied. I got the heel replaced, a pad for traction and protection against wear and had the boots redyed. They were originally a bright neon orange. I wore them again a whole week with medium use when I got home I gave them a clean and shine and this is them. Eel skin boots.

DO NOT GO HERE. My mom and I have been coming here for years and loved this family run business. Today without any provocation the shopkeeper yelled at me and my mother, interrupted, raised her voice, and spoke extremely rudely without any apologies. We tried to de-escalate the situation but the shopkeeper kept screaming. It was enough for us to leave a business we’ve been coming to for years. While I understand that this has been a hard year for everyone, nobody should be treated this way. Please keep you and your family away from this business.

Sweet Mexican guy who fixes shoes, at the counter you will be welcomed by a nice lady who will take your order and explain everything. Very nice experience even though my shoes were messed up too badly to be fixed.

I took my shoes in for a clean and polish. Since they were the closest place to me i decided to give them a try and im glad I did. They did it in 10 minutes and the customer service was excellent. They accept debit/credit card which is a big plus if you don't have cash handy. This is my new go to place for my shoes!
