I love this Rite Aid everyone is very friendly including the pharmacist but Josephine is my number one! she’s so nice, polite and friendly. All the staff in the pharmacy are super nice even though some customers are yelling or insulting them. I encountered a customer yelling at Josephine 2 weeks ago and the pharmacist had to intervene to calm down the situation. As customers we have to behave and treat others the way we want to be treated. Please be nice when you come to the pharmacy. Thank you guys for always being so nice to me.

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Specifically the pharmacy. I understand it’s busy so I’m patient but I’ve been trying to get medication for 48 hours and the pharmacy either doesn’t answer their phone or in person they’re just arguing with customers or being just plain rude. Either more staff is need or re-education class on customer service.

Need more staff at registers, one cashier is always multitasking by using two registers to try and help all the customers waiting in line. Employees are great and very polite, but management should take care of their employees by not overworking them and help their customers by not having to wait a long time to be helped.
