Don’t waste your time calling them or going. Worst customer service! They call me to set and appointment and I return there call and the girls there answer with no respect and as soon as I speak they hang up. Not professional. I’ve called at least 5 times and same experience through all. In my opinion not even a one star there is no effort with the workers who are in charge of answering call! Very disappointing

I went to the Urgent Care, hoping to get a prescription for antibiotics, since I tested positive for Covid and I’m high-risk (high blood pressure, stage 1 COPD, and permanent upper respiratory damage from the BP spill). I was told that unless I was experiencing extreme symptoms, they wouldn’t treat me. I responded with “Well, that doesn’t make sense. Anyone with extreme symptoms should go to the ER, not a clinic.” She just nodded, sucked her teeth, and told me to go to the ER if I wanted treatment. I don’t understand that logic - why not try to treat people before they need hospitalization?? I guess they get more money for the near-dead patients. I went to the ER, and when I overheard a cardiac patient had been waiting three hours to be seen, I turned around and left. I didn’t want to potentially expose these people who actually needed emergency care. Plus, I can only imagine the hospital bill! Found an urgent care that screened me on the way there and gave me monoclonal treatment when I arrived because they understood how high-risk I am. I would have given no stars, but there’s not an option for that. Besides, the security were very kind and patient.

Worst hospital in the valley. Operators hardly ever answer phones and if they do they hang up. They call and hang up quickly for the callback option so they don't have to talk to you. The e.r wait time is ridiculous, even when there is hardly any people waiting ( not to mention, the horrible nurses working the front desk, so much attitude). I went to the e.r early in the morning for severe breast pain and a lump. Waited 4 hours to be seen and when I was brought in a room, I waited almost another hour to be seen for less than 3 minutes by a male Dr. He came in asked what was wrong, I explained and he felt around the lump (not even in the right place) and said it's because I'm breastfeeding. Even though, I said it hurt when I wasn't breastfeeding. He said oh well and left. Had an older nurse come in and check me and she said to go to a different Dr. Male Dr didn't give me a CT scan, no mammogram appointment, I got nothing but a "tuff it out". Here I am almost 2 years later with the same pain coming and going and a lump that's getting bigger and bigger, getting heavier and I can't seem to get a call back to make an appointment. Male Dr. should to every test under the sun in this situation to make sure everything's okay. Unprofessional. If you're a woman, run far away from this location.

First time in this hospital and so far it's the worse experience. I came here to the E.R room and I've been waiting 11+ hours as well with others that are here too. The front desk where you register are very rude. You can hear everyone here complaining some are diabetic and haven't eaten cause all there is outside is the vending machines. Family tries to bring us food and the security get in this mood like if they can't do such thing like hello we are hungry 😒 too much waiting the staff honestly doesn't care. Don't come here! Don't bring your family here !!
