I visited this poway shop on July 2nd. there were 3 other people in the place and no one at the counter. there was someone in the restroom having a breakdown. after 10 minutes we left and went to another shop.the others also left.

People are nice but this Subway is always out of something. This time it was the veggie patty. Need better inventory management.

Pretty bad. I hate that employees don't know how to wash their hands, especially because of all the issues with Covid. While our sandwiches were being made, an employee came out of the restroom and went straight to the cash register and helped the end process. I almost said something, but this is getting to be quite a few different restaurants now. I just wiped everything down with wipes. The bread was stale and we did not finish our sandwiches. I wondered why there was very little traffic here at lunch time and now I know. Shame on lack of training or people's attitudes that they don't have to be clean.

Super slow every time. Always only one person working. I've never seen 2 employees in the store at the same time. Food is good, standard subway. No complaints about the food. Just the long wait every time. Ordering ahead is pointless because they don't make it until they reach you in the line.
