I have paid my bill since 2018 when l purchased my home. My identity was stolen so l paid using my new debit card linked to my new checking account. They sent someone to my home who put a late notice on my doorknob saying l would be charged 25 extra dollars for my bill because l did not give them a check connected to my new account. It didn't matter that l paid on time all these months since buying my home. They could have sent an email about the penalty beforeit occurred, but didn't. They don't care about their customers.

In order to pay your bill online, you will first need to establish an online account. You can do this from https://bcvwd.org. Click the Pay Bill button and select Sign Up. You will need to have your account number and an active email address. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us during normal business hours at 951-845-9581.

If you are experiencing an emergency, simply dial the main telephone line at (951) 845-9581. At the prompt press option 9. This will transfer you to the emergency line. The phone system will allow you to leave a message with the details of the emergency and will dispatch the on-call person.
