I went through the drive through the worker Ashley was apparently still assisting the customer in front of me when she asked me for my order then Interrupts me talking to the customer and when she gets back to me she's rude and starts rushing me and cutting me off. Sweetheart needs a little more training, I understand that customer service can be overwhelming but if you can't handle a total of 3 cars in the drive through then maybe a diffrent job and or position would suit her better. In the store right now... people are angry, there's a bunch of orders at the counter. On employee seems kind of angry but the rest seem nice, don't know what's stressing them out but I can tell it's starting to stress customers out lol

I tried this Starbucks many times and they keep failing at what they do. I go here because it’s like 4 min from my house. The employees are rude and they always mess up online orders. Or make you wait for a breakfast sandwich that is sitting in front of them getting cold. Wish their was another coffee shop near by to dump starbust.

Very disappointing, I had to wait 1hr and 20 min for a drink. Get stuck on the drive thru only to realize that they poorly do my drink. I went back to the Cafe area instead and ask if they could please remake the drink. The drink again was horrible. My order was a hot white chocolate mocha. Nothing crazy... I was trying to be understanding and was thinking maybe they have new staff or it's lack of staff not sure. Didn't look understaffed but didn't want to ask again because the staff looked very bitter and bothered that I ask. I ended up throwing the drink away. Have had this trouble before but this is the first time I've tried to get a drink fixed because it was a really hard day and was looking for something comforting to drink. Really disappointed
