6 people behind the counter. 1pm Friday..not too busy. A lady in front of me purchasing a Starbucks card. It took a while to find the cards, the lady took a while to make her choice..etc I waited and waited nobody came to the other register and offered to serve me. Not interested, don't care, or not trained to jump in??

My neighborhood Starbucks! I always order the same thing and it's consistently perfect every time. Super friendly staff. In and out fast.

Pretty disappointed. This location is marked as 24hours. I put an order in at 1:29A because I work security and was due for a 12 hour shift that day starting at 2:00A when I arrived the drive threw was blocked off so I went to the door. The door was locked and no one was inside so I left. I called later that day to let them know what happened and they assured me they could remake the drink if I came by. Follow up the next day I come in and I explained what happened and showed them the order on my app. They fill my order however what I am handed is not a venti size as my order but a grande size.
