This park does not allow for any subleases, rentals, Air BnB, etc. You must buy the home and rent the land/lot to live here.

Mobile homes are already in place 99% of the time. You'd buy the home or trailer from the previous owner and then rent the land/lot it sits on from the park owner. You could buy the home with lot rental, then sell just the home to someone else and have it hauled away and install the mobile home of your choosing but that would take a lot of time, need A LOT of permits, and cost a lot of money. Since this park is on the coast, any building of any sort is *highly regulated* via the CA Coastal Commission. Though there is no HOA here, there are rules and regulations to follow from the park manager, owner as with any standard rental of property. The general sale, rental and regulations are true true for all mobile home parks as far as I know. Though I have seen some sublease/rental of homes in other parks from homeowners, this park strictly does not allow that; meaning if you own it you have to live here and could not Air BnB, sublease or anything of that sort.
No motorhomes allowed. It is for manufactured homes.
