While it is true that since the pandemic started, we were charged the first time for a change, needed to walk through the drive-through to order and waited outside 20 minutes for our order to be ready, the men in charge has been very nice with us. He kindly offered a chair to seat while waiting outside, didn't charge extra for a change the second time, and his attitude was courteous and professional. The food was ok. I hope that by when the weather turns cold, specially with the rain, they can be able to offer the costumers the option to wait inside. About a month ago: Oh my gosh... I don't know what happened to this place 😣 I took off ALL the starts I marked before except for a required one in order to be able to post. First of all, we found out that KFC will no longer offer the grill-style chicken.. which was the only one we have. We were going to take at least some side dishes, but the person attending the drive-through was extremely rude, with such a horrible atitude, and just cut the communication without letting us ask about the side dishes. I was contacted by someone from there to find out more about what happened... but I told the person that it was too much my disappointment to waste my time. Why wasn't a supervisor there then to try to find out what was going on? Sorry, but never again ✋🤚

Cold dry day old biscuits. I had 4 legs and 2 biscuits original recipe. The chicken was juicy and tasty but the biscuits where cold, dry and fell apart - a possible sign of being made the previous day. No butter or packet with fork, salt, pepper etc. - only a single napkin was thrown in. The staff clearly doesn't pride itself on customer service.

This kfc store#1023 I think, very good customer service, I think the guy was a manager he was very well spoken, I would recommend everyone to go there. Thanks for the good service

This place sucks. Always getting the orders wrong. Charge you for extra stuff to only forget it. Like another order of fries or changing up the sides. It must be some people who are really dumb working.
