This little store is awesome! I've been going to this store for over 20 years. It's grown and changed owners over the years but the new owner, Mark is a really nice guy and very customer service oriented. They have a great selection of meats and more importantly cold beer. And their chicharones are awesome!

No. All of their steaks are their own cuts. They ha e the most wonderful marinade that you can request with your steak s or chicken meat...try it as you won't be sorry.
They have a small but good variety of meats. I've never seen head cheese but I'm going today and I can look and then get back to you. I would try Northgate for the head cheese, though. UPDATE: This market does not sell head cheese. I asked the butcher directly.
