If I could rate this place zero stars I totally would!! The property manager Sam Fakiri at SAHA is the most distasteful person I have ever came across and should not be appointed to such a job as a property manager, when he doesn't even like dealing with people!!! He talks down on adults and even to some old enough to be his senior, which I witnessed! He raises his voice, very impatient with the community and expects people to be perfect. He heavily micromanages with a crude disrespect that I have ever encountered! His unwelcoming and delivers the most horrendous customer service that I have ever experienced! He is definitely not a people person and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable while darting you with the most nastiest stares!! How'd this man get this position??? I believe SAHA should take a closer look at their employees and evaluate who they really have working on their team!!And start with Sam Fakiri!! Sam Fakiri puts a bad taste in SAHA'S mouth with their already low reviews and I can see why!! Time to clean house SAHA!!! Because this guy boldly shows that not only he doesn't like his job but doesn't want it either!!!

"Don't moved in", why because they don't provide a safe and healthy environment. I live at the Monarch Apartments which has overwhelming Pathogens, from which they won't do absolutely nothing about removal. I am a Prisoner of this living Nightmare and spend most of my day cleaning up after a serious problem which is theirs. Everything in Apartment #402 is infested with these pathogens including my newly purchased Property as well as me. Further, they only care about collecting an irate of Rent.
