4/30 at 9:00pm, they had all the ice cream machines off and only left one machine opened and it was super busy and the store lost about 10 people not including us (5) that left due to the machines being turned around and being cleaned an hour before. TERRIBLE experience when we are regulars here. Is that a new thing? Why not just close at 9 if you don’t want more business?

I was in this store today 9/25/2021 at 4:00 p.m. I got to the counter and picked up the peanut butter container and tried to squeeze peanut butter on top of my yogurt but unfortunately it was empty. I asked the cashier if there was any peanut butter in back and if she could refill the container. She proceeded to check to see if there was peanut butrer in it as she must not of believed me and then unscrewed the top and told me to see of I could get any out. So once again I tried to get peanut butter out which was again not happening. She then handed me a spoon to scoop out any peanut butter I could. Whatever, I want peanut butter so I guess I'll try, right? I got very little out of the container but managed to get plenty all over my fingers as I had to reach deep into the container with the spoon. After I gave up and wiped off my fingers she comes back with a jar off peanut butter which she could have got in the first place! Now she is going to fill the container with peanut butter for the rest of the customers to come there after my fingers where in the container. Definitely not sanitary for a food establishment. I told her as I was leaving that for future reference to not have the customer have to spoon out what they can and she acted like she did nothing wrong. Very poor customer service and very unsanitary.

We had a good experience with the employees at this location. The selection was low, which was indicated on the signage at the store, which explained supply issues. The yogurt was good. However the store was a bit messy. It could be that the people who came in before us made a mess at the toppings bar. One of the employees was wiping down the bar as we were leaving. The bathroom was also a mess. The toilet doesn't flush completely, and one has to flush twice to get just one bit of toilet paper and the seat liner down. The sink hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and it looked like the toilet hadn't either. Maybe there were too many customers for the employees to check on and clean the bathroom. Maybe. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but still. Also, the faucet is the kind that you have to hold down to keep the water running, thus only washing one hand at a time. You can't properly wash your hands, which is a problem during COVID19. Regardless of all this, the yogurt still tasted good and the employees were pleasant.

I go to Yogurtland almost every day at the Mira Mesa store, but sometimes I come to this one if I’m in the area. I saw that I was only a few minutes away, and that I had a few minutes to spare to get there before they close at 10. When I got there at about 959 the door was already locked and they just looked at me for about a minute and then said they couldn’t help me Definitely planning on not coming back anytime soon. But do you have really good flavors.
