Cesi or Ceci, not sure on the spelling… was extremely helpful in helping my family and I get an item put on hold at another location while managing the dressing room. Not to mention she answered all my other questions too. She is clearly a really hard worker and deserves some recognition. Overall, she is the only reason for my high rating. Unrelated to Cesi/Ceci, the cashier 2320971 was very unpleasant. Even though, there was little conversation between us (she asked if I’d like to open an Old Navy credit card, which I responded by telling her I had the card already and was using it to make my purchase) her behavior and mannerism’s made our interaction uncomfortable to say the least. I hope her day turns around.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted at the door. At least 3 team members offered to help us. The line was quick. The cashier helped us order some items out of stock in store to be sent to our house, free of shipping charges. Great experience.
