Terrible customer service. The employee I dealt with was terrible at finding a solution to help fix my problem. He came off to me as saying it's not my problem go to the dealership because you are inconveniencing me

I came in originally in for jumper cables (my car batter was dead). The gentleman that helped me was unfriendly, rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. I came back 30 minutes later after I got the car jumped to get a new battery. The second gentleman was soooo unfriendly, didn’t want to help or answer questions and barely wanted to look at me or respond to my questions. There was so much unnecessary attitudes from everyone in that office. I’ll never go back. Customers are already stressed and frustrated dealing with car troubles and the last thing they need to deal with is unhelpful, unprofessional, crude and unkind workers.

Last time I was there, great service from both the clerk and the manager there. They helped me with an online return, and gave some good tips on a new socket wrench kit. Thanks, guys!

Needed to get a few things for a clear coat project on my wife's Red SC-430 Lexus. The guys here seem to be on top of their game; asked some questions, shared some options, provided some insights about which products would probably be best and let us know a few things we wouldn't need. Everything worked out nice. Today we prepared the surfaces and applied a few coats of clear coat. The car is baking in the sun and later this week or next weekend we'll use some 800 grit sandpaper around the edges, use some compound and some wax and it'll be looking pretty sharp at minimal cost.

You can use brake cleaner cans or power clean brand. Engine degreaser is an other option depending on what type of part. If it is electrical, there are specific products that won't damage the sensors. Best to ask the counter reps.
If you mean to hotwire it would depend on whether or not Ford was using a smart key with a chip programmed to its ignition system. If not then yes it should be possible. If it does have a smart chip key then no.
