My experience has been great! I went in to exchange a mattress that I bought a couple of months ago and Michael has been nothing but helpful. He answers messages promptly and checks in to make sure the process is going smoothly. Mario and Walter delivered the new mattress this morning (within the time window they had given me) and took the old one, no trouble at all. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend this location.

Amazing customer service! We went yesterday and really took our time to find the mattress we feel most comfortable in. Canyon and Francisco were so great!! Patient and not pushy. They really wanted us to leave with what we need and didn’t try to sell us an expansive bed. We got a great deal on a mattress + base and they hooked it up with prices on accessories. Amazing staff, great prices, highly recommended.

We received excellent customer service from Canyon, JoCar, Michael and manager Francisco. They were able to get my dream mattress delivered in less than 24 hours. It was a time sensitive matter because I was heavily pregnant and ended up having my daughter the day the mattress was delivered home. This staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating. Highly recommend them and will be referring my loved ones to this store. Thank you for everything, guys!!

Loved this store because they have so many locations all over the US and host the various top mattresses and base brands. The customer service is fabulous. We worked with Michael Liu who was super pleasant gentleman and guided us through all the features and intricacies between different brands as well as educated us on the pros and cons. We most appreciate that we feel confident on our purchase and aware that we are investing in features we need the most and that it’s worth it. Mattress Firm LA Pico location is superb and must stop by. Lots of parking space on the Main Street (Pico), side streets and even behind the store. Good luck!
