Panera is my go-to. Beware if you mobile order for rapid pick-up. Some stores stopped setting food on the pick up shelves and you have to tell them your there for a rapid. Probably because hi-jackers just steal people's food .... :( But Panera is my favorite place ever!!

terrible service. shorter black woman with a blonde buzz cut approached us and asked us to leave and wasn’t polite at all. I will never be coming back to this establishment. please address this! if you’re getting multiple complaints about the attitude of staff it’s an issue.

Just disappointing. I didn’t order and egg sandwich and I got a half slice of cheese.
