Went in to get a knee brace for an injury, was told they needed to run it through insurance took forever getting all the information then explained it will take several hours to hear back. Called me and said come and get it it's ready to go. 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail. Wait, I thought you ran it through insurance, why wouldn't they tell me to wasn't covered. Call in and can't talk to anyone they just pass you around. I will never use them again, and I suggest you don't either.

UPDATE: There have been many billing problems- so customers need to check their bills carefully. However, I woud say that the speed with which the staff answers their phone calls and their accomodating attidude has improved. I would like to see how they straighten out my bill before i give more statrs but I do appreciate the efforts they are making to improve. This is my previous review: CLEAN UP YOUR ACT! Just getting the runaround. Not sure why respiratory therapists are hired to help with CPAP devices if they don't help. I called and emailed several times for help with my new machine. Finally got fed up and called to get a new therapist assigned to me. That didn't happen, the same inept lady called me back....finally. Not a supervisor that was promised, and not a new therapist that was requested. So we are in the same place after week two of me trying to get help with this thing. And the only thing the "therapist" told me was their store hours so I can fix these issues myself!?!!??! Update: Brent reached out and got me setup with an in-home consult which is amazing. We went over some settings, and he recommended a new mask. Changed ye review from 1 star to 4! Thanks Brent!

We just purchased a Transition Shower Chair for my son who broke his hip. While I feel the chair is really overpriced, I liked the service and product availability. This purchase is "insurance" to help my son get in and out of the bathtub without breaking his other damned hip. Also, the store was immaculate, so that was nice too. Kids: DON'T BREAK YER HIP!
