This particular Boston Market had literally 2 people working. Clearly that is not what I consider understaffed, I would consider this being simply chaotic. With that said, the cashier did not know how to direct me on the Boston Market app. to pull up a coupon for a discount on 4 meals that I had purchased. No customer service to speak of, yet again. Do not waste your time or money. Extremely aggravating and disappointing.

I wanted to do a quick simple Thanksgiving without doing the cooking! I came across the Thanksgiving were open advertisement. I was a little skeptical but was very impressed with the organization that the store had. They had picking up for the Thanksgiving holiday pick up. And they had a separate for the catering pick up. I had an order for 20 people, it it took me 10 minutes from the time I walked in to walk out and have the food in my car and out the parking lot. Thank you to the staff who work that day an awesome job amazingly execute it truly made a difference.

I placed an online order at 11AM to pick up at 3:45PM and the order confirmation stated skip the line. go directly to online/mobile order pick-up station. I arrived at the restaurant at 3:47PM and sure enough, there was a sign that said "online/mobile order" and I saw my name and a time of arrival displayed on a monitor mounted on the wall. I did not see my order on the rack for pick-up so I thought my food was being prepared and waited around for 5 minutes. Still no sign of my order and the staff behind the counter saw me standing around, constantly checking the rack. When I approached the cashier and asked how long it will be before my order would come out, the manager came by and asked for my name. I repeated my name twice and pointed to the monitor where my name was displayed. The manager instructed the cashier to print out my order but the cashier said he can't find my order. After being asked my name again, the manager found a paper with my order stuck on a wall near the monitor. She asked me to confirm my name again and then told me that the order is not ready and I need to come back in 20 minutes! The manager did not apology whatsoever and the attitude was shear rudeness. If they can't prepare an order placed almost 5 hours ago, why do they even take an online order? Absolutely does not know what a customer service means and the attitude was the worst. If I can give a negative score, I would do that. The worst experience ever.

They are 6ft between customers and face covering. It is as safe as humanly possible.
They are open tomorrow. Both for thanksgiving order pick up and dining
