I’ve had a great experience living at Gallery I (have a friend with a different experience living at Gallery II though…). In my experience, they are great at keeping up with basic maintenance like air filters, fire alarms, and window cleanings. The maintenance team was responsive when I had issues with my dishwasher and washing machine - took a couple tries but they got fixed. I’ve contacted management a couple times for various reasons, and they also were responsive to issues. The 24/7 concierge is another excellent feature, and they’re great at keeping the building secure. Saw a review on Google mentioning parking issues, but I’ve never had a problem. There are ample spaces ($200/mo for an unreserved spot), and it seems like the residents with electric cars share the chargers pretty well. I do wish there was a larger bike rack area in the garage as most of the residents (myself included) are clearly not about to pay an additional fee for the more private storage. But overall great place for me!

When I called about pricing they incorrectly gave me a low ball estimate to get me in the door. Turns out I was getting quotes from their concierge! When I showed up the leasing office was like no it’s actually 2700 a month ... I was quoted 1885 for a 1 bedroom den! Talk about bait and switch! UPDATE: Against my better judgement, I moved into this apartment complex... they are now withholding my deposit for a "cleaning fee" Look at the pictures attached. What a rip off!

I would highly recommend Gallery Bethesda. I leased a 1 bedroom apartment in 2019 and 2020 and found Gallery Bethesda to be one of the best apartments I've ever rented. The unit and the building were beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located near restaurants, shops, walking trails, and the metro.The leasing staff was friendly responsive, and very helpful during my move-in / move-out. I don't have a single complaint and would definitely live here again if I moved back to the area.

I have been living here at the Gallery Bethesda since May 2019. Haddis helped me during my move in process. She was the most caring and helpful leasing agent. She held my apartment for me until I was able to submit all of documents. Seeing her around the building really makes me smile. She is amazing. I would recommend anyone that is considering moving here ask for Haddis. She is patient, kind and very caring.
