I drove from Lemon Grove to Escondido because Lemon Grove Honda did not want to help if they didnt take money from me! My salesman Alberto was amazing. There was no pressure. He was very kind and patient and explaining everything to me. He was also very knowledgeable. Massud in finance helped better a great deal. My situation was very difficult but he made it happen. He was also very patient even though my bank took over an hour to answer the phone. I highly recommend Honda of Escondido. I’m only sorry I didn’t go there sooner. I can’t commend Alberto and Massud enough!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Surprising Horrible interaction,. Things would NEVER go there again. We pulled into guest parking hoping to look at vehicles with "Headroom ". Three sales guys were standing at a station watching. None of them even moved until we walked up to them! We asked to sit in one and a rather rude guy opened a door and said all of them were the same size. I commented about not being able to get in without ducking ( after trying to get in) the sales guy said " well you fit in what you drove up in" Apparently we were wasting his time and he proceeded to walk back to his shade huddle. No greeting. No goodbye, no encouragement just Dismissal! If you are looking for a Honda go somewhere else where your not trated like an interruption to their standing around. Terrible customer service experience. moved
