God's Girl
First visit Saturday Morning. 8:35 I was seated immediately by a very pleasant young man with an accent. I ordered coffee to my disappointment one of the creamers in the bowl had old food stuck on the side strike one. I asked the young man to please remove it he did immediately and apologized The waitress was a bubbly older lady my food came out every fast and was hot 2 eggs bacon home fries and hot cakes. Food was fine with exception of the pancake they were way too moist battery. Over all experience was okay. I do not live in Laurel I would not make a special trip to come here again. But kudos t I the young African American man with the accent. His customer service was over the top. The waitress was nice too.

0/10 honestly! WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Management to front line staff. I am speaking as a Human Resources professional. I walked in today to place a simple carryout order. Paid and the receipt showed my order was correct. Drove 20 minutes home and realized that NONE of my sides were in the bag. I was not initially upset because the entrée was there, however I decided to make a call just to inform Mgmt. Again, not expecting anything because I certainly was not driving back. I was in for a rude awakening. 1st call- Young lady answered and said "Bob Evans, please hold." I held for more than 10 minutes and someone in the restaurant HUNG UP! I called back. The same young lady answered rudely, so I asked to speak to the Manager. The male Manager picked up and before I could get a word out he went into a FULL BLOWN TIRADE about being short staffed and there being only 3 people working. I asked him to calm down and allow me to speak. I explained the incident and he got angrier yelling "Ma'am there is nothing I can do!" I told him a simple apology, courtesy and professionalism as a MANAGER would suffice. He slammed the phone down and the young lady came back apparently confused asking me about a delivery order. I told her that I was just speaking to her Manager about my incorrect carryout order, and asked if she would give me his name. She hesitated and said Bryan or Brian Jones. Btw... I doubt that is his real name. This staff could benefit from intensive customer service and possibly anger management training. I am very disappointed as I was a frequent customer, but doubt I will return anytime in the near future.

I will no longer order from this place. After I got home. I order 2 meats sausage and ham, do you see any sausage??? Crazy that you have to double check behind people that r getting paid. Look at the home fries. Price of food is going up lack of service and reliability going down. I ask for my meal to be taken off the bill.

Great little breakfast stop. Clean rest rooms. My wife, two children and I ate for $40. The food is very good IMO. Comparable to IHOP. There was no milk for the coffee, only half & half, but we got there the minute they opened. The service was great and there was no wait. We will definitely be back.

6 ft Distancing tables/signs/markers, clean location, hand sanitizer station, masks are required until you're seated. Area to enter and exit are far enough apart to feel comfortable. Store clean employees all had masks and gloves on.
No, they're not open in Christmas Day at the Laurel Store.
