First time KIA owner and first time at Perris Valley KIA. I walked in looking for a commuter car that had some of the essentials I needed for the long drive, such as Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, good gas mileage, and most importantly, affordable. The KIA forte has what I was looking for and much more. I had looked around with other dealers (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc.) and none of the other dealers seemed to greet you like the staff (family) at KIA. Arturo, Liz, and Brisa were all great. Arturo was honest from the beginning and not persistent. He understood my need and followed through with being patient. Liz, who assisted Arturo was very knowledgeable and explained pricing and finance. After making my decision, Brisa from finance was quick, friendly, and did not push with trying to oversell products and warranties. Thank you, Liz and Arturo for explaining everything so well and making the buying experience a positive one. Looking forward to getting the same attention and service as I follow up with required oil changes, minor and major service, so my KIA to keeps running like a champ!
