This facility in Perris has always been one of my favorites. And remember any time there is a long wait is not the fault of the staff. So far it's been lovely.

I was referred to this urgent care by kindred hospital when I had a vomiting spell last week. I have Lupus and had been vomiting since 4 AM. I showed up when they opened, followed procedure and called to be seen. They answered and then hung up on me. Then a women opened the door and started yelling at me, "ma'am I've been watching you and you've been throwing up you can't come in." No empathy, no compassion what so ever. I then communicated my needs multiple times and asked if she could at least refer me to somewhere I could be seen. "So you need help with the coughing or what?" Completely disregarding the 3 times I told her I have Lupus, been vomiting and need an IV. Finally she told me they didn't do IVs and referred me to drive to Riverside. Worst urgent care I've ever experienced with the worst communication and listening skills. I couldn't believe she was so rude when I was so desperate and vulnerable.

The staff is AWESOME! But, the facility could use some updates and modernizing in the lobby and rooms! One more thing. On my initial visit, I had to fill out a big stack of forms. It would be nice to have had those numerous sets of forms mailed or emailed to patients. The forms made made my appt start late.

I don’t feel that there is a level of compassion displayed. I feel like I am just a number and have not been treated as an individual. Perhaps there is not enough staff or Doctors working to provide the level of service to meet basic standards. At one appointment I waited 4 hours to be seen, to be told the same thing. There was no resolution to my medical needs until a case manager became involved.
