I dont believe so. They ask for no liquids to be brought in.
From my experience there is not a separate charge it's just calculated as standard trash weight. Hope that helps

Yes . dont take anything with Freon. TVs are $25 each, computers,towers and laptops are $15 each. Any Propane tank bigger than the camping green ones are $15 each. Anything else that plugs in...and that's drained of any fluid is free to recycle
