Family Assistance has been an institution in this community for decades. If you need food or clothes or household items, they can help! Some even qualify for FREE items every month! They are also the best to donate to, as they distribute everything at very affordable prices, and everything half price on Wednesdays!!! We love them and look forward to going every week too see what's new! Most clothes are a dollar on Wednesday, so come see what they've got!!

The people in there are so sweet and very helpful and they have great prices and it all goes to helping the people who are in need.

The lady (and I use this word loosely) that is in charge is probably one of the rudest, inconsiderate, judgmental, power hungry things I've ever had the displeasure of being around. She has different rules for different groups of people. She's the LAZIEST slob I've run across. She is as tight with the food it's as if it's being ripped out of her chubby, sweaty hands. She has no sympathy, empathy or caring for others. If a person(s) go in there it doesn't matter if they haven't eaten for a day or days or longer, if they don't have proper paperwork they won't get a morsel of food from her. Even if they have kids. Vons donates a lot of bakery items and it takes an act of proportional magnitude to get to give those out to the less fortunate. She lies about events that take place, doesn't hesitate to call the police after she aggravates special needs people and calls them names. She hoards animals at her home and is FILTHY. She said she started this place and if it's true she dis so juat so she could keep the food to herswlf and eat it. She sure doesn't want to share. She's a phony and this place is a sham. When she does allow food to be given it's under strict guidelines. Wouldn't want a family to have anything extra or tasty. Somebody else needs to open up a place that actually wants to help those down on their luck.

Yes. They do accept donations, but they must be open because people come and rummage through the stuff and leave a big mess for the workers. Their phone number is 909-797-0244. Their usual working hours are Monday Wednesday and Friday 10:00am to 3:00pm.they take lunch from 12:00pm -1:00pm.
Yes we take those items. Nothing bigger than a kitchen chair. We have no room to store them. Thx
It's a form from DMV a person needs to fill out for either a driver's license problem or insurance situation
