Monday July 11, 2022 around 12PM I came into this store today to ship off a few packages. I was helped by a lady that had a beautiful hair cut named Colin. She seriously provided the best customer service I’ve had so far in 2022, and the best service I think I’ve ever had at any Post Office type business. Thanks! 😊

Ok let me start by saying, through the pandemic; they have remained open. (Truly they are essential workers) so people should show more appreciation. Secondly, when I got Covid in 2020, the sweet gals here were so accommodating and helpful. I would like to note that my household was severely sick for nearly a month and half. They went out of their way to make sure my packages were picked up by relatives when we were sick and quarantined. I’m sorry to read some of the reviews on here, considering that some people left nasty reviews just because they had a terrible experience at a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT POSTAL ANNEX. Just remember the golden rule, you get what you give. And if you mistreat people, how do you expect them to treat you so kindly?

Owner changed Uhaul reservation to include safe move coverage which I did not select as well as over charged me for furniture blankets selected. Then proceeded to cuss me out on the phone when I called to correct the billing issue. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Claim submitted to dispute and I have never been so poorly treated. I dont write reviews but am going out of my way to leave every negative review possible, report to UHAUL, report to the BBB and every other site possible. Rent form the old town rental or other location not Postal Annex Note this was for the Winchester road location, but based on these other reviews is probably worth noting here since I can not delete it

Awesome service, super friendly and helpful staff!! We have a Private mail box with them and send all our packages there or anything that we need secure since USPS has not been very reliable. Highly recommend!!
