I was waiting over 2 hrs to find out this company had canceled my service without notifying my insurance company; since I’m going through my roadside assistance with my insurance. I hope to never get their service. I tried calling the number I was provided with and I was hung up two times.They should be more communicative with the insurance and the customer.

Great service, they were there faster than I expected, and they really eased my mind by getting me off the freeway quickly and on my way home. 10/10 would definitely call again if i was in a jam

I think is because many of the towing services and roadside assistance come from the valley and further distances
