Worst service. Extremely rude, whenever you need help, when applying for medical. Hard to get in contact with them too. They won’t call you back, if you leave a message either. Late for appointments and they get all mad because you have to wait for an hour. Only the front lady can help you if you go in person. Need better people, kind people !!! I have 6 chronic diseases, my medical was canceled. And I can’t even get an answer for approval or if they received my paper work 2 months ago.

Yes, and they will be open Friday and Monday as well from 9am to 3pm I believe....the main office in Bakersfield not the Taft office
