I went there and there was never used for any reasons. It seems closed and was not removed with the stuffs. It was left for a long time. Restrooms were closed. Kern regional transit was moved to other new area stop sign waiting area. However, kern regional transit stop sign was there and not removed. Also there is other bus stop sign being not removed. You can check it out as "museum visitor" as what I assume feeling. Not bad design. Very small waiting area not enough room for many people to stand waiting.

Not sure what you ask. First, I tell you a little story. I decided to check out what is there. I walked and stood waiting for kern regional transit to arrive. Was not happened to come by. There is never used for any reason. It is closed and left with all memories what they like to leave alone almost same as "no terrassping"
