Not clean at all. Pretty sure we had used sheets on the bed. Everything was nasty.

Will never book @ this location again. They tried 2x to come up with excuses why they needed to charge me for more than the room. *If you need to stay @ this location make sure u check out your room for cleanliness as soon as you check in because they will try to charge you for anything. Example: Mngmt clld me to say there were stains left on the pillow cases but they had changed them. I asked that they hold onto those cases so I could see. I saw, I went & checked room(it had not been cleaned just the bed made). 2 of the new pillow cases had the same stains. So I removed them from the pillows, took them back to desk & asked mngr was he sure the room was cleaned & cases were changed; he said yes! I just showed them to you. So I handed him the 2 cases, I just removed & asked how do these pillow cases have the same stains that u just showed me on these cases. That tells me, those cases were already messed up & my visitor didn't do this. He than agreed not to charge me but I still will never trust this location, is very petty. *He said it was hair dye & it was a male staying in the room(alone).

Sid (manager) at the front desk was the rudest customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to. I was humiliated during our conversation. He wouldn’t allow me to speak, continually cutting me off. I tried to explain the rating on the booking site was not the same as what I was seeing on google. He told me that I should have known better because all super 8 ratings were poor. I’m traveling for the military and was very put out finding a new place to stay. He refused to even consider a refund. Again he kept cutting me off when I would speak. I’m shocked and embarrassed. I believe in mutual respect always, even if I don’t get the answer I want.

Room was dirty, there was someone's leftover food in the refrigerator. Top of the refrigerator was dirty and sticky there was kleenex behind the chair. When I spoke to the manager he really didn't care, told me that things get overlooked and he would speak with housekeeping. Unless you are desperate for a room I would not recommend this hotel. Definitely not worth 100.00 a night
