100+° but beautiful view of the Snake River! Restrooms plentiful and accessible. Host was friendly and had some good stories. Appreciated the shaded picnic table and available trash bin. Careful of the rough rock table legs - you'll scrape bare skin!

Aaah, a tiny slice of America the beautiful. What a gorgeous sight. You can sit there looking at the water while allowing your mind to travel the world. So serene and it gave you pause to appreciate the beauty of this land we call OUR COUNTRY. I wish people could work out their differences to agree to disagree while together as one people making contributions to make this land a better place for the next generations.

It’s a beautiful rest stop. The big bummer was having it under construction. The bathrooms were closed and lots of the area to walk around were also torn up. It has to happen, but it was a bit of a bummer.

This rest area is very well kept, there's a few little covered areas to get out of the rain or sun and a huge area with trimmed grass to let your dog potty. If you want to see the river you have to walk up to the fence. It also has a rather nice view.
