Kindness goes a long way, especially now with the housing market the way it is...... and we didn't get it here! We went in to inquire about a spot and pricing as we are trying to find a solution to the housing issue up in Payette and surrounding. The guy cut my husband off and told him to "come back maybe October". Dismissed him as though he wasn't there anymore and went back to doing whatever he had been doing before coming in. He could have been polite and answered the questions we had. We drove through the entire site and it is more stationary homes on top of each other.

Not really an RV park. Tgis is a Mobile Home park with some "camp sites." Sam Goody needs to re-evaluate this place. It is a mobile home park with a few RV sites. Our site was next to a park model. Our "yard/porch" was the front entrance to the park model. The place was clean and had nice grass and trees, but if you want the camping style of an RV park this is not it. Though they cannot control it tons of mosquitoes. There is a canal behind the park that festers the mosquitoes. This would be a great place to live.

There is no restrictions on make, model or year. I do not know the monthly rate, but there were plenty of units that looked like they were long term. Hope this helps.
Monthly 385 plus electricity, weekly 245 approximately depending on site taxes and discounts. This year though every park from Mtn. Home to Boise to Farewell Bend is full. Don't expect monthly sites to be available until Fall. Be sure to book your nighly sites early and as always weekends are especially buzy as so many sites are filled with monthly RVers.
Yes, they want the rented space kept tidy but the RV'S can be old. There is a waiting list. It's a great park. Nice people.
Do you have any long-term spots available for a fifth wheel?
Yes we do when a space is available. Rates vary depending on the site. The only way to make long term reservations is to call.
You need to contact them directly. I know they have spaces for long term rental, but I don't know what may be available just now or their rates. It's a nice park.
